Underground Garage & Parking
The 2.25 m high underground garage offers a dedicated wash station for bikes and sports equipment, as well as direct, weather-protected access to the building. Each suite or appartment includes one free parking space. In total, 70 spaces are available, 11 of which are equipped with EV charging stations (€ 20 for 24 hours). Additional vehicles can be parked at the outdoor hotel parking area.
If an EV charging station is needed, simply let us know when booking or before arrival. From the garage, guests have direct access to the lockable ski and bike room or can reach any floor comfortably via the two elevators.
Ski & Bike Room
The spacious ski and bike room is the ideal starting point for outdoor activities around Neukirchen am Großvenediger – whether skiing, biking or hiking. There is plenty of room for all equipment.
In winter, guests will find ski boot dryers and ski racks; in summer, shoe dryers and bike-charging options are available. The room is easy to access, well organised and designed so that everyone can start their day comfortably and return with ease.
