PURE SPRING WATER
Our drinking water comes directly from the Hohe Tauern National Park – clear, fresh, and naturally pure. It springs from the Blausee source in the Obersulzbachtal and flows untreated through the regional water system straight into your glass.
You can drink it with confidence – it’s of the highest quality and helps reduce plastic waste. Good for you, good for the environment.
CLEANING
There is no daily cleaning service in our appartments (except for the Rettenstein double room, which is cleaned daily). A broom set is available in each appartment; a vacuum cleaner can be borrowed from reception at any time. For stays of 7 nights or more, cleaning is included – earlier cleaning is available on request.
WASTE DISPOSAL IN THE APPARTHOTEL
As our appartments are not serviced daily, we kindly ask guests to dispose of their waste themselves. A centrally located waste separation room is available in the building and can be accessed at any time.
UNDERGROUND PARKING & PARKING
Our spacious underground car park has a clearance height of 2.25 m and offers 70 parking spaces – one space is reserved per suite or appartment. 11 spaces are equipped with e-charging stations (€ 20 / 24 hours). Additional vehicles may be parked in the outdoor hotel car park. If you require an e-charging station, please let us know when booking or before arrival.
The underground car park offers a comfortable, weather-protected arrival with direct hotel access. Two passenger lifts take you comfortably to your floor.
SKI & BIKE STORAGE
From the underground car park, you can directly access our lockable, video-monitored ski and bike room – ideal for safely storing your gear. We kindly ask you to leave heavily soiled hiking or ski boots there and not to bring them into the appartment.
In both summer and winter, the sports area is well equipped – with ski boot dryers, ski racks, boot dryers, and bike charging points. There’s plenty of space for all guests and their equipment.
WASHING STATION
A dedicated washing station for bikes and sports equipment is available in the underground car park.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Rooms are ready for check-in from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. If arriving after 7:00 pm, please inform us briefly. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 am.
DOGS
If you’re travelling with your four-legged companion, please note that only a limited number of rooms are available. Just send us a quick email request and we’ll find the best option for you. We charge € 20 per day for your dog (food not included). Dogs are not permitted in the Johannes Stüberl, Zirben Stüberl, or in the entire wellness area.
FOOD INTOLERANCES
Please inform us in advance of any food intolerances.
NON-SMOKING
We are a non-smoking hotel. All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN
At the Venediger Lodge, families with children receive discounts on breakfast and half-board:

– 50% discount from age 6 to 13
CANCELLATION POLICY
To help you plan flexibly, we’ve designed our cancellation policy to be as fair as possible. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
– up to 14 days before check-in – 0%
– up to 10 days before check-in – 25%
– up to 7 days before check-in – 50%
– up to 4 days before check-in – 75%
– from 3 days before check-in and in case of no-show – 100%
Cancellation and no-show fees as well as costs for unused rooms are always calculated based on the total booking amount. Should something unexpected arise, we’ll do our best to find a fair solution depending on availability.
TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE
As cancellation fees may apply depending on the type and timing of cancellation, we recommend taking out affordable travel cancellation insurance. Especially for seniors and families with young children, where unexpected appointments or doctor’s visits may occur, travel insurance is strongly advised.
GUEST MOBILITY TICKET
From 1 May 2025, all guests in SalzburgerLand can travel for free on public transport – thanks to the new Guest Mobility Ticket. Valid for the entire duration of your stay, it makes sustainable travel easier than ever.
What’s included?
– all city and regional buses
– S-Bahn, regional and long-distance trains
– Salzburg Verkehr shuttles
– Micro public transport services within Salzburg province
Not included: special trips, night buses or steam trains.
How does it work?
You’ll receive the ticket digitally at pre-check-in or check-in – either as a smartphone wallet file or PDF. Valid from arrival to and including departure day.
Cost
The contribution towards the Guest Mobility Ticket is € 0.50 per person and night (from age 15) and is charged together with the local tax.
