Club of Newchurch – Guest Information

Every guest is different – and so are their holiday wishes. To ensure everyone can enjoy their well-deserved break just the way they imagined, we’d like to inform you in advance about the upcoming Club of Newchurch event taking place from 15 to 22 June.
From 15 to 22 June, the Club Week will take place in Neukirchen. Preparations will begin across the village, with stages and bars being set up along the main street. Live bands and artists will perform at various venues – though still on a smaller scale during the week.
From 19 to 22 June, the main event – Club Weekend – takes over. The atmosphere becomes livelier and louder (open-air events until 2:00 am), though this is not a classic motorcycle meet-up. Think more of a vibrant street festival, with live music on large outdoor stages, a variety of bars and food trucks – where people come together to laugh, dance, and enjoy the moment.
The entire main street of Neukirchen will be transformed into a pedestrian zone and closed to traffic. As our hotel is located directly on this street, we are quite literally at the heart of it all.
Please note: access to the event area is controlled, and a valid wristband is required. Every visitor – whether attending the Club of Newchurch or staying at our hotel – must purchase a weekend ticket (€26 per person) to enter the area.
As we are not the organisers, we unfortunately have no influence on this rule and cannot make any exceptions. We understand that our guests have different expectations for their holidays, and if this event does not suit your plans, you are welcome to cancel your reservation for this period free of charge.
Should you decide to cancel, we kindly ask you to let us know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.
