The Newchurch Summit – Guest Information

Every guest is different – and so are their holiday wishes. To ensure everyone can enjoy their well-deserved break just the way they imagined, we’d like to inform you in advance about the upcoming The Newchurch Summit event taking place from 15 to 22 June.
From 21 to 28 June, the Riders Week takes place – stages and bars are set up throughout Neukirchen’s market area, and live bands and artists perform at various venues, though still on a smaller scale. The main event – the Riders Weekend – runs from 25 to 28 June. That’s when things get louder and livelier, with open-air stages, live music, bars and food trucks throughout the town. Expect plenty of good company, great music and a festive atmosphere.
The entire market street through Neukirchen will be closed off for the event. As our property sits directly on this street, we are right in the middle of it all. The whole area is access-controlled, and a valid wristband is required to pass through.
Every visitor – hotel guest or festival-goer – needs a ticket to enter the area. A weekend ticket (Thu–Sun) costs € 26 per person; day tickets are available for € 16. Children up to and including 15 years of age enter free of charge. As we are not the organisers, we have no ability to influence ticketing or make exceptions.
We understand that guests have different expectations for their holiday, and we are happy to offer you the option to cancel your reservation for this period.
